When I got my 46538 from Costco it had a defective AVR. When troubleshooting the problem with the Champion tech on the phone noticed the same white wire stubbed out behind the control panel. Was told it was an antenna for the remote.
Last week I gave it the once a month test startup & found the battery dead also. Gave it a good overnight feeding with the vectron automatic & in the morning it cranked over the first time I hit the remote. Now I have the neg disconnected until I can pick up a harbor freight special. Thanks Champion for the quick comeback to the problem. A true customer oriented company comes through again...
