Called CPE this week to request a grounding disconnect cable and the new charge diode replacement for my 46538. Kept getting put to a voice mailbox so I sent an email with my unit information and my requests. That was two days ago and I have not heard from them yet.
Have you called again at a different time of day? Maybe they were just slammed at the time. It occasionally happens to all of us.
