On 9/25/2010 I ordered the supergen tent from SuperGen products for a trip that we are taking to Taladega at the end of October. When, as of 10/02/2010, I hadn't heard anything telling me whether the order had been received and/or shipped, I e-mailed the company. I was prepared to give them until late Monday October 4th, and then I was going to raise hell. I was prepared to start peppering the company with nasty grams and post a message here telling of my bad experience.
However, I received an e-mail reply the afternoon of 10/02 telling me that the order had shipped and advising me of the tracking number. I also received an appology for not being supplied the information sooner. I was impressed that I received the e-mail on a Saturady afternoon and felt that since I was ready to tell of my "bad" experience, I should also tell of my good experience.
I purchased it more for the weatherproofing capibilities but the sound reduction was also a factor. I will let y'all know how it works on the camping trip.
