Your plug is a 30 amp 120 volt NEMA L5-30, which is a twist and lock blade type plug designed to keep the cord from falling out due to vibration or a tug.
There are a number of different NEMA configurations that depend on amperage, voltage and grounding.
Amazon shows the adapter you are looking for here for $25.70. I doubt that you could buy the individual pieces to make your own adapter for less.
