It is all embedded in this thread. Now, due to the size of this thread finding it may be a time consuming problem. I have not kept dates or links to each posting.
I doubt that the powers-that-be would want a re-posting or one spot condensed overview to be made. They sort of frown on our doing that. So, all I can do is suggest reviewing my articles in this thread on the project. BTW - an exhaust upgrade was recently made that is working out much better than the original. It was also posted.
