Dr - I Like it! You did a great job in designing the carrier so that you could retain the wheels. I hope you have some help lifting it on and off the carrier even if it can be done from the bed of the truck.
When I ran "extra" wiring for my Cedar Creek fiver from the front basement area and out the pin box I started by poking a metal "fish tape" commonly used by electricians from the top of the very edge where the "doghouse" portion of the fiver begins. I was able to get the fish tape to exit where the 7 conductor cable for the brakes and lighting come out inside the pin box.
From there I used the fish tape to pull a wire back to the basement that I could connect to my cables (like your 10-3 cord) and then pull it toward the pin box.
In summary, start with something small and stiff that you can pass through the space and then use it to pull the soft, larger cable.
Also, consider installing a "cord hatch" door on the front or side of the fiver in the area of the basement. It can be in a door or the wall itself. I had to add one to mine for the LPG house.

I haven't found a good way to get the 30amp cord out to the pinbox. If anyone has any suggestions on how they routed the cord, let me know.
