spotted this at allelectronics, for $15 seems like a real bargain this is the label, 650w max out put be nice if it is adjustable some place on the circuit board insides yes $15 ...

If it is really 12 volt output, it will not charge a battery, but my question is the 20-30v battery input. That might be the thing for folks with 24 volt chassis setups, or if it is adjustable, just the things for a pv setup.
The 24v input is interesting. This must have come out of something with fail-over service. Never seen that on a Power One
