Am in the middle of a battle trying to swap out the limit switch from my spare 8531-lll I got from a guy, and the OEM 8531-ll in my Class C. I managed to get at the switch in the lll, but no luck y...

When I first start the furnace, and hot air comes out of a duct, it has a sort of propanish smell to it. ( Incomplete combustion?) Don't notice that after that.
I don't know if the initial smell "goes away" or "becomes not noticeable", so what would be normal? I have no measurement tools for this aspect.
Too big of an orifice was mentioned above as a possible issue. ( I have swapped them around, can't say what is in there now--I thought they were the same size hole in them, not sure (I get mixed up with remembering the WH fixes and the furnace fixes. :( ) . Now fan speed is mentioned as an issue for "lean" or "rich".
Use a smaller hole orifice if I have the choice?
