AC/Heater Thermostat not working
Hello All,
On my camper, I have a analog thermostat Compressor the AC and furnace, The Mice destroyed the furnace control board the first year I had it. unplugged it and have used plug in Ele heaters, Saves on LP. No more mice after that. jump 2 years and now The wall thermostat now works only sometimes. I have checked it and sometimes it puts out 12 vdc and sometimes not. will not put out 12 vdc to the fan when the AC kicks in so only the compressor is working, no fan. I can run the fan only on hi only with the thermostat set to fan not auto. Time to spend some $$ for a new thermostat. I think I will go to the analog thermostat. the Dit ones cost big $$. I need a 6 wire 12vdc one, unless I just get one of the old ones for the furnace too and have two thermostats on the wall.
