Ch the condition of the gasket between the a/c and the roof. New this gasket is almost 1" thick and compresses over time. You will see 4 hold down screws, one in each corner of the a/c. These get loose over time as the gasket gets older and compresses. You may just need to tighten these screws a little. They should be just a hair more than hand tight.
