With ours, the 12V + connector had fallen off the solenoid.
Didn't have a good view of the solenoid. Took me weeks to find the problem. One day when I was poking around there is said "I wonder what this wire is for? :S
Got a feeling I'll find something similar. Funny thing is that it worked before I took it to Red Bay (Tiffin) for a jack problem but didn't work on the way back. I have been trying to get in touch with them to see if there could be any relationship to the work they did, but so far haven't managed to get a returned call. I honestly can't see where there could be a relationship and I was there watching their every move.
This is good info that was not in the original post. Anytime something likes this happens after work is done, go back and look at what was done. I do not know where the jack problem was located, but a wire might have been pulled off accidentally. It might even be at the air horn solenoid or it's relay. I hope Tiffin gets back to you and that you will let us know what you find out.
