Clean the sail switch area with compressed air.
In-sufficient air flow to operate the sail switch which sends power to the ignitor circuit.
Check the circuit board on your water heater. The circuit boards could be the same as in furnace. If so exchange them and see if it works. If you need a circuit board get a Dinosaur Electronics version.
