if it's a big pot get the two burner kind (post must cover both burners) just fire them both up.. CAUTION, these can MELT steel if it runs dry.
I believe wok burners are even more powerful than turkey fryers. Wok burners are commonly available at well over 100,000 BTU/hr. I'm not sure how many BTUs Mex is looking for.
I second the Coleman Stove suggestion, with one caveat. The old ones from the 1960's and 1970's would roar on the larger burner. Great for extra-large pots for canning, etc. I have a newer one that is not nearly so robust. (Sorry, I don't have the model numbers - they're in my workshop which is on the back of the property, 50 yards away through 2 feet of snow.)
