Basement AC stopped working, no high speed fan

Ac was previously working great. Here are my symptoms. Fan runs but does not increase when set to HIGH speed.(like it used to) Compressors will not start. What I've done so far. Replaced ...

Where are you located? If you are anywhere near Indiana, pay a visit to Leon at Fix Your Fridge in Shipshewana. He will fix your unit and it won't cost an arm and a leg.
