I love the Trojan 12V T-1275 Battery idea and its 150AH capacity... Alot of users on here for that battery. The charging voltages are slightly higher that the so called industry standard... I was thinking of using two of those those in my upcoming battery box build but looks like I am going to settle for the two groups of two Trojan 6V T105s in series. This will give me around 450Ahs of capacity...
Check with the TORKLIFT line of battery boxes. These have the slide off lid which is great when installed in tight places. They also have a model that has a small solar panel on it which may help help trickle charge your battery when in high Sun...
You can find all sizes of plastic storage boxes at WALMART... I have used the ACTION PACKER Containers for a couple of batteries at one time...
Another source is Truck Bed Tool Boxes from the auto parts places... They have a couple that are wedge shape to fit on top of the trailer tongue area... These come in all kinds of different dimensions... Order from AMAZON
This is just me but I would not like the idea of just having one battery. I know exactly what would happen to me when camping off-grid haha... I gotta have a good plan B for just about everything when it comes to camping... Being a RV traveler I guess is not so demanding for Plan Bs... Just call the auto club as they say on TV...
