Battery power going off line

I have a new Lance 992. When I shut down the generator or shore power, the dc power comes on for a few minutes then shuts down. I've checked the battery and its fully charged. Any ideas on what to check next? Starting the generator seems to reset the dc system but it will only run for a few minutes.

    New Lance 992. New full coverage warranty. Unless the dealer is a long way away muse the point that any repairs you do yourself may void the warranty. The way you describe the symptoms indicates something has failed or was connected incorrectly.
