If they were paneled in series, in this example they would be limited to blue sky's suggestion of 45.6 pv voc. At this point you could series parallel if all the panels are the same? So hypothetically he could series parallel 4- 120 or 130 watt panels for a voc of 45v and parallel amps of about 16 that get turned into more amps?
So it's ok to parallel different rating panels but not series them? In parallel do they default to low lowest panels output and not bottle neck with panel heating?
Yes, his wire is probably far undersized if this thing is supposed to be wired in parallel. I'm guessing his 10 g is surely 20 feet. It's about a 22 foot tt with the frig behind the door on passenger side, batts are on tongue. On my Bogart system I ran 4g about 12 to 14 feet or so from my combiner box to the controller and then another 3 feet to the batteries.
