Buying/evaluating a used Harbor Freight hydraulic crimper?

Somebody has one for sale for half price in the town that I'm in, says it was only used a couple times. time2roll,I see from a search here that you bought one. Do you still like it? Reading the rev...

i have that crimper, 6-7 yrs
gets used a few times a yr, works great

i don't know how anyone could wear out steel 'dies' crimping electric cable lugs

maybe if they used it to crimp heavy steel crimps on steel cable

test it on something a wire lug, a piece of wood, pump it up, if it has pressure and doesn't leak hydraulic fluid , its fine
