Coleman Mach a/c unit not working right!!! Help please???

I have a 2017 jayco travel trailer with (2) Coleman mach a/c units. The rear one for the bedroom is not working right. I noticed it was not cooling right so I checked a the compressor, fan motor etc...

check the t-stat. on/cool/ Fan/auto. That will cycle the with the compressor.
Cool/on fan/on. That will keep the fan on all the time.
