Cost of slide motor on '07 HR Endeavor 40PDQ?

Yes, Doug, very aware of the manual procedure to reprogram the stop points manually BUT I'd never suggest to someone new to these slides.
I'm sure an experienced RV tech with over 30 years experience like you have pointed out in prior posts would have no issues what so ever.

Yes, you have the E synch system. As I stated, you are confusing your system with the OP's system. You will also note that the manual you posted also shows how to program without the pendant, which is the manual I was talking about. Your system is in the minority of PG systems out there. I do NOT believe any Monaco/HR slides used the E synch system. Doug

Thanks again to j-d. I now have NO ISSUES going thru Woodall's frontend. Every time I tryed to post to this topic I kept getting an error as soon as I clicked POST.

Above post is link to MY service manual. The Encoders (sensors) count the revolutions so the controller knows when to stop the slide. I was thinking 2 wire because I was mixing up my Powergear motors with Atwood Leveleg (generation 2) motors that have a 2 wire sensor/encoder. Too much turkey today I guess.

Depends on which model you have. Do you have the E synch PG system? If so, the Pendant is the quickest way to program(How the OEM's do it). BUT, there is a procedure in the PG service manual for doing the programming without the Pendant. Just takes a lot longer. Doug

Well, your post is not accurate. When you have 4 wires instead of 2 on a PG slide motor, Those 2 extra wires are for the BRAKE on the motor. NOT a counter/encoder. IF you have a slide with 2 motors, they sometimes(not always) do use a counter type encoder to keep the slide room to track evenly when operating. The system we are talking about here is a 1 motor system. Doug

Slide motors get "weak" all the time. The armature and windings get overheated and pitted. The ONLY way to verify if you have a PG type motor and want to see if it is weak(Bad)----Connect a good 12 volt power source DIRECTLY to the 2 motor wires at the motor. Then operate in and out. Odds are, if the motor is weak, when you go to retract, the motor will fail to bring the slide UP that first level floor ramp. THAT tells you, you need a new motor. Now, it is CRITICAL to get the exact same model motor. PG makes about 10 to 15 different type motors with HP and RPM's different on all of them. A lot of these replacements look identical. You have to get the spec plate numbers and make sure they match. I have probably replaced 4 or 5 motors that were brand new over the years on Fleetwood PG slides that were replaced by other shops or the customer that did NOT have the correct motor. Doug
