Cudos to Lippert components customer service
I noticed yesterday that my Kwikee steps were stopping halfway up... Well, it is intermittent, and i got under there with some slide out lube and lubed it up and all seems ok for now. BUT i also noticed that 2 of the 10mm bolts holding the motor onto the gearbox were GONE. :E. So i called lippert to see what kind of bolts they were. I spoke to a rep that stayed on the phone with me for at least 30 mins until he found the correct bolt size (10MM head, M6x1 thread, 40mm length). So, with that info, off to the hardware store i went, got so e bolts for a whopping 1.00, and some blue locktite.... I am glad this happened at home... Glad the motor didnt fall off en route somewhere... But the rep at lippert really went over and above.
