Cummins ILS9 CA emmision certified?

Your Cummins has and engine ID label on the side of the timing cover (viewed sideways) that gives HP, Torque, Eng. S/N.

If it is a 2012 Cummins engine, they are all certified emission compliment to all of the US market.

Your driver's side is my passenger side. So, do I look on passenger side?

Usually a white tag on the driver's side of the valve cover with the serial #.

Yes, I do have build sheet, but the engine is not listed. It was on my previous coach, but is not on this one.

I believe the serno for the engine is on the label that located on top of the timing chain cover. Unfortunately, it is at such an angle that I can't read it from up on top. It looks like I can come up from under the coach...but it's gonna be a tight and dirty squeeze.

Did you possibly get a build sheet with the coach when you bought it?

If you did, it would have the model and S/N listed for everything on your coach including tires, engine, trans, .. everything.

I'm sure someone here will step up with the location of the S/N for that engine if you don't have a build sheet.

Yeah, that's probably what i will have to do. I'm sure, however, that they will want the engines serial number and i don't have that, nor do I know how to get it.
