Discount Tire add on insurance
Pricing new TT tires. Dicount Tire offers an add on protection plan of $16 per tire. Is it worth the additional cost?

Tires today are more reliable than ever but, also less repairable.
The repairable area is much smaller than it used to be.
So on a expensive tire, it may make sense.
BTW, Discount probably doesn't make it's money off of those that keep their vehicles for the entire 3 years of the warranty, but off of the many that trade/sell their vehicles during that time... The warranty is only for the original purchaser.
