Discount Tire add on insurance
Pricing new TT tires. Dicount Tire offers an add on protection plan of $16 per tire. Is it worth the additional cost?

By the time we find a flat, the tire is often shredded. No telling if defect, road hazard or operator error. I don't want to sort it out, just get me a new tire.
Prorating an ST tire is easy. They blow while their still new so you're get 99% credit on a new one :)
Discount replaced this one for less than 10 bucks (IIRC), no questions asked (26 months old). I replaced the other 3 on my own $.
BTW, mfgr claimed it was caused by a pothole.
