It seems to me you quite likely have a reasonably big 12V load you're not aware of. Maybe an inverter? Maybe the fridge is a three-way unit operating on 12V power? Maybe 12V tank heaters?
The circuit breaker acts on current, not voltage. The furnace alone should not be consuming enough current to make it trip, even if it's somewhat aged. If it's really old or actually malfunctioning, of course, all bets are off as to what it might do.
