Dometic Awning Part Numbers and Changing out Arms

For some reason when our Coachmen was built they put "basement" hardware (part number 8951001.400B) on. This means we don't have the ability to adjust for rain and the angle drops so much the door rai...

Just wanted to kind of close this out. I installed the standard arms yesterday. Awning clears by a little over an inch. Slightly touches if front arm is manually lowered for rain run off.
