Dometic Fridge not cooling properly on LP mode

Recently my Dometic fridge model DMR 702 has not been cooling at the same temps as on AC mode. It was manufactured in 2013 for 2014. AC mode the fridge temp is between 36 and 38 degrees. Freezer at 0 ...

I get the odorant smell in my compartment as well. Not a worry. It's the regulator adjusting to ambient temp. I passes very little.
