OPs fridge comes with TWO external fans....but thermostat is high
Closes at 149*F and opens at 122*F (+/- 9*F)
That means condenser gets hotter before fans kick on so more heat to remove
Thermostat/fans DC Power comes from DC Terminal Block to Relay with in-line fuse from Relay to thermostat and fans (Red Wire)
If door seals are good, drain line good and cooling unit can cool I would change out the thermostat on the far right condenser fin with one that has lower close/open tempo settings so fans come on earlier
