If heat is the problem, it stands to reason that SOLAR-Generated electricity should be derated an additional percentage. The sun makes heat. According to the law of conservation of energy, that heat has to go somewhere, even once converted into electricity.
So therefore, it should be obvious how this form of energy causes de-rating of circuits and contributes to global warming. I heard this was the first post Al Gore made when he invented the Internet. :R ;)
