As Grit_dog said, you have no AC power. All those working things are DC powered. And all of the other responses are nonsensical. The adapter (aka Dog Bone) used to connect 50 to 30 amp splits the incoming single 30 amp power leg into two legs which feed both sides of the circuit breaker panel. Granted it isn't a full 100 amps (50 amp on each leg x two legs), but enough to run all the devices (just not all at the same time).
The manufacturers, the infamous Old World's Craftsmen, are not concerned about wiring the "important" circuits to one side of the power panel. They put them wherever they want avoiding an obvious power demand overload on one leg (i.e. 2 A/Cs, electric water heater, and microwave would be a no-no).
