Electronic jack shut down

Hi all. Heading out for the weekend and my electronic jack power **** down. I have a 2017 North trail. Not sure where to start trouble shooting. Any ideas? Maybe I need to buy new? I won some money on the casino, you can read about Casino Classic review on this page https://bestcasinos-ca.com/reviews/casino-classic.phphttps://bestcasinos-ca.com/reviews/casino-classic.php and want to spend this money to Jack.
  • The tongue jack? Yeah check the power and the ground. My Bulldog started running erratically on our last trip and finally died. I cut the trip short. On mine it finally came down to a failed motor, the light on the jack was working so it had power in my case. Just talked to Bulldog and they are shipping a new one under their three year warranty I bought it last July.
  • Should be a fuse right there close. If it looks good make sure the crimp didnt come loose. Mine broke camping and just pushing the wires together was enough to make contact and use the jack. Left it like that for awhile.

Good example where a clamp meter would answer question quickly. Push the button and if you see 10amps it means the motor possibly froze. But definitely have good connections up to that point. Problem would be downstream of the clamp meter.

Could pop the switch out and check for continuity. If the switch is broken just cut the wires and touch them together to use the jack. Until you can get a new switch.
  • You can use it manually for the trip if you don't get it working. Should be a crank in the storage area.

Yeah we had to crank ours up when we got home and it was no fun...heh. It requires a split socket and I was thinking about using the angle grinder to make one from an old socket. I do not think a drill motor will drive it and was going to try my impact wrench. Since I have a replacement on the way I don't need it but may try it anyway if I get the chance.
