I've seen a lot of pretty poor people in RV parks...certainly not able to buy a new $50-100k EV.
Of course, if they are protesting...an outcry is exactly what they are looking for as it draws attention. Worst protest you can have is one where no one cares.
But no I wasn't seriously planning to put a cord in the engine bay of my F250 so I could park in EV charging spots.
