You can try looking here for a motor of similar dimensions (or something smaller and shim it to fit)

Another consideration would be a brushless DC motor, they are tiny but super powerful... all over ebay right now for dirt cheap, due to the drone craze. They don't hook straight to 12v, you need a little circuit board called an ESC, those are cheap too on ebay. Tricky part would be coupling the motor's output shaft to the fan blades.
