They do make big ones, but they're way more torque than you need to turn a small fan blade. These guys are high tech, with rare earth magnets even the tiny ones develop crazy torque, from the 3 phase signal. The big ones are for 1/8 scale RC planes and cars that go crazy fast, and they also draw 80-100 amps.
