OP here. Well it seems that my previous issue related to loosing all 12v and flickering lights were related. The 12v failed again last night, and I couldn't reset the solenoid by turning off the batteries.
Looked up the issue on the salesman's switch solenoid. Found this thread on iRV2 : solenoid replacement. I removed the solenoid and tied the three lugs together with a 5/16" bolt, lock washer and nut. Problem solved. Total cost of the repair was less than 50 cents.:B
