That 1991 chassis (or is it a 1990, under a "1991" coach?) will be EFI. Might have a high pressure pump in the tank, or a low pressure in the tank feeding a high pressure on the frame rail driver side. Some of those also had a filter. I don't disagree with prospect of a fuel problem, and 460 LOVES fuel, but...
What does the EXHAUST sound like? There's the chance that its plugged up in Catalytic Converter, Muffler, or Exhaust Pipe (some have a screen right at the exit).
Does it sound like a heartbeat, or a wheeze? If it's wheezing, exhaust is blocked.
Even possible somebody ran over something and crushed a pipe.
It's OBD1 and the connector looks like the top image in this picture.

You can get the few codes OBD1 offers with a test light or an analog meter. They're a series of flashes. Just gOOgle "ford obd1 connector" and you'll see the image I linked, plus many links to "How to Pull OBD1 Ford Codes"
