this will sound really strange, so bare with me. i have had this same problem with all 3 RV's i have had, so I knew it was me, not a problem with the fridge. The freezer would freeze up after about 3-4 days. Question is: do you make ice cubes in your freezer? If yes, read on. If no, no reason to read further. When I emptied the freezer & fridge and left it on (in storage) for 3 weeks, no ice. Here is what I found. We have always made ice cubes (in trays) in the freezer for an evening drink. I stopped making the ice cubes in the freezer, and no more icing up. I know this does not make sense, but this is what i found.
