Look for a circuit breaker in the furnace, normally mounted to fan housing. it should have a small red or white reset button.
Another problem could be thermostat. remove the cover, if two wire unit connect the two wires together. Fan should start immediately and produce heat in 10-20 seconds. separate the wires and the furnace should go into cool down and shut off.
