Furnace problem

Last summer I purchased a new Viking 17FQ. Today I was going to do some work in the TT and fired up the furnace. The furnace fired up but after about one minute the burner stopped producing heat. After a cool down period, the fan turned off. I could turn it off and back on and it would do the same thing again. I tried it about 10 times with the same results. I think that it is the limiting switch that is shutting my burner down. Am I correct.
I installed bug screens on the furnace intake/exhaust so I am pretty sure there are no unseen mud-daubbers in there. The camper is hooked up to shore power and the lp tank is full.

The dealer was great to work with when we bought the camper. The TT is still under warranty so I hope the dealer will fix it properly.

Let me know what you think the problem is.

    some places sell butane in the summer instead of propane, both are LP

    butane will not function properly at 10 degrees, it won't vaporize fast enough to produce a steady large demand volume

    could also be moisture icing up in the regulator
    yes..try another tank of Propane

    Could be bug screens restricting air flow. Remove them temporarily and try it.

    I can't try the water heater at this time. It is 10 degrees outside. I just went outside and turned off the lp tank and slowly turned it back on. I turned the furnace on and sat outside listened to the furnace run. When I turned on the furnace, the fan came on immediately. After about 5 seconds the burner came on but it sounded like the flame slowly went out, it came back on and slowly went out again. It sounds like the gas flow is not steady. I tried again with the same results. Another time I had the stove burners burning and did not notice any difference in the stove burners while furnace burner was running. I will crawl under the camper tomorrow and see if the furnace gas line is pinched.
    I will get a different lp tank tomorrow and try again.

    Stove top could be questionable on excess flow.
    What about the water heater? It requires more propane then stove top.

    My stove top burners are burning with a nice high flame. I will try removing the exhaust screen in the morning to see if it is causing a restriction. If my stove burners are working, could it still be the excess flow valve? I will try that in the morning also.

    Shut off propane tank, then turn it on very slowly!
    It is possible the excess flow valve is shutting down much of the propane flow.

    Are the screens causing overly hot exhaust gas temperatures, which in turn is causing over temperature limit to trip?
