group 24 & 27 batteries ?
My new trailer came with a group 24 deep cycle. I'm considering adding a 27 in parallel. Any problem combining the two?

My first choice would be to do something else with the existing Group 24, and get 2 6V GC's. They are are better designed for deep-cycle use than standard 24 / 27 car/Marine-dual use.
If you don't want to start over I'd get a second battery the same as the one you have now. When they expire, see my choice above.
