Look in Main Power Panel....is the Main Circuit breaker a double 50A or a Single 30A breaker?
Just unplug power cord and look
4 prongs 50A
3 prongs 30A
Where are you plugged in at?

A home with an outlet
You should check terminal/lugs inside Main Power Panel and make sure they are tight.
