HELP!!! Rotted floor in fifth wheel bedroom slide!

I have a 2006 Cypress by Newmar 5th wheel camper. I noticed that the plastic under the bedroom slide out was coming off. Upon further inspection the floor is rotted in the outer corners. I am sick abo...

I sold my 38 ft fiver due to all four slides having rotted floors. Factory installed the bottom edge trim so that water ran over trim and into end grain of the flooring.
Repair place said "custom length" plywood is very expensive and hard to get. Only made in northern Indiana. Each slide had to come completely out to replace floor and would cost between $4 and $6000. to repair.
