If the piston is spot on Top or Bottom Dead Center (where it briefly stops going Up or Down before changing over to Down or Up, it can be very hard to pull the engine over.My logic thinks just the opposite. With the piston at TDC or BDC, the crank can turn with little or no resistance from the piston, and has maximum leverage to move it.
