Hot water not flowing through any faucets

Motorhome faucets throughout discharge good cold water. Trouble I'm trying to resolve is hotwater will not flow through faucets. I have an Atwood water heater that is just 2 yrs old. W/T is working perfectly. Just cannot get hotwater to flow continually throughout the home. There seems to be a restriction. I have flushed the W/H. Pressure relief valve seems to be working fine. Any advise or help? I'm stuck in the "DUHHH" stage! Thanks. Joe D.
  • Water Heater HOT outlet (TOP connection) has a 'check valve' ----it has failed

  • as Old Biscuit said.
The replacement check valve is probably less than $10.

  • IF you have a water heater bypass (kit) for winterization...is that valve open?

    Just my 2 cents.........

Of the next 16 posts after the stickies, only ten didn't belong in Forum Technical Support. I'd have guessed 13! :B

Second on the outlet check vlave,

If you have a single valve bypass system it is 100% you have such a valve
If you have a multi-valve.. You may still

Seen it before.. The RVer in that case was unable to get the valve off the heater so she (YES SHE!!) reached in with a pair of needle nose pliers and pulled everythign inside the valve out, Gutted it and turned into a pipe.

And she was Back in hot water again.
