Does the Master Relay look like this $18 "Trombetta" from Walmart? I've seen them on trailer slide pump motors. They're commonly used to power and reverse off-road "Jeep Winches" Four heavy terminals and two control terminals.
  • well
may have found one of the issues not sure but gonna go with it.
This is the 610 HWH system : Leveler , jacks, stairs
The master relay on the motor: The post on where the HOT from the battery had play in it. The cable was not loos but the post had play in it. Tried to remove cable to see if I could tighten back nut and post broke off. Seems to be some evidence of heat(black).

So Im gonna replace the Master Relay and go ahead and replace the pump relay and check the wiring.
Master Relay I cannot read any numbers. It is a 4 post. Looking at the HWH site it appears to be WHITE RODGERS® ESSEX #124-105111.
Also, i cant identify the Pump Relay numbers. It is also 4 post and appears to be PRESTOLITE® # SAZ-4201ER
When looking these up on google they say both the relays are 100 amp. Does that sound correct?

Motor is about 15 feet from batteries.
    Will clean and check cables

If you can get to the motor, put a meter set to 20 VDC from the positive terminal to ground.

Are you running the road engine while using the slide?

Have you cleaned the cable connections?

How close is your slide pump to the coach battery?

Maybe it's powered through a convenient switch through small gauge wiring. You could use your switch to activate a Relay that you use to drive the pump motor right from the battery with heavier wire. Could help a lot.
