HWH Factory Service

We just left the HWH Factory in Moscow IA. Made an appointment 7am, arrived the night before and parked in one of their spots with electric hookup. Next morning, they promptly started troubleshooting. We had an intermittent problem with travel mode light going off and warning light coming on. They were finished in 4 hours, only charged 2 hours labor, replaced a few things and we were on the road by noon. If you need service, highly recommend going to the HWH factory.

  • We went there two different times WITHOUT an appointment, unforeseen problems while on the road, were seen promptly and had our problems resolved very satisfactorily. One was a pump electrical problem, the other resulted in a jack replacement. The RV industry downturn has affected them, there can be no doubt but they remain committed to excellent customer service.
  • We are headed there the 7th of July for an air system tied into my airbags......good to see great reviews!
  • x2 for the great service. I was there last year as my system was kaput. I had one diagnosis that my controller board was bad to the tune of $350+ so I lived without the levelers. The tech at the factory looked at my system for 5 minutes and discovered that a fuse was blown. Total cost to replace the fuse, top off the fluid reservoir, check that all levelers worked to spec was $53.00. Great service HWH! :)
