Years ago I was told by HWH that the leveling sensor unit was purchased and installed separately by the coach manufacturer and was not an HWH provided part. My sensor is the size of a coffee mug, but only 1/2 inch deep and mounted upside down. It has three screws to adjust the level.
On my 1993 system, the light is to show the jack hasn't fully retracted. Could that be what your light indicates?
I have worked on and installed HWH from 1986 to current. HWH has ALWAYS supplied the Level sensor. They have NEVER used an after market connected to their system. Yes, the level sensor was installed by the OEM, but WAS supplied by HWH. NOW, for the past 10 years or so, the level sensor is integrated into the Control panel and not mounted separately. RED is jack down and yellow is level He stated he had an amber light. Doug
