HWI Level system warning went on while driving

I'll tell ya this season has been full of stuff going wrong with our motorhome. I check it over, the local RV shop checks it over and so has Freightliner. Now the hyd leveling system is acting up. ...

Ours looks like a 310 based on comparing the picture in the HWH service manual, with the control panel. Kick Down, No Air Dump, Manual Leveling.

It hasn't ever extended a jack during travel, but I'll start hitting the Store Button when we get underway.

Since the system won't extend any jacks or light up the panel with out the Parking Brake set, do I need to have the system ON to use Store to put it to Sleep?
