Hydraulic Lever won't retract Lippert 500546 model

Hello, We just bought a new to us 1999 Fleetwood Discovery Motorhome with a Lippert 500456 leveling system. Been interesting to troubleshoot everything that is wrong with it, but finally hit a snag...

Your jack system is a POWERGEAR, not Lippert. Lippert did not sell jacks back then. BUT, Lippert purchased Powergear years ago and you have to go thru Lippert to get Powergear parts. Lippert has on line manuals for your system at the LCI1 website. Doug
