First of all, anytime you parallel 2 12v batteries of any size together, it becomes one (1) larger 12v battery. If you cannot understand that, then give it up !

What part of this was not read or understood ?
The 2 batteries will discharge and charge equally, but maybe should not be discharged any more then necessary, only to prolong the life of the MS.
